Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Bishop Johnnie Clark Jr. is a passionate servant of God with a heart for people, ministry, and empowering others to live out their faith. After surrendering his life to Christ at the age of 12, he developed a lifelong commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom through teaching, preaching, leadership, and service.
Bishop Clark was educated in the New Orleans Public School System before continuing his studies at Southeastern Louisiana University and Oakland Bible College, where he excelled academically and graduated with honors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, a foundation that continues to strengthen his ability to connect with people and communicate God’s Word in practical and meaningful ways.
At the age of 39, Bishop Clark fully embraced his call to full-time ministry, preaching his initial sermon in 2004 under the leadership of his brother, Bishop Keith L. Clark. Since then, his ministry journey has included serving as a pastor, teacher, mentor, and spiritual leader, earning the respect of those he serves through his compassion, authenticity, and commitment to helping people grow.
Today, Bishop Clark serves the Tracy community through Word, helping create a place where people can experience a faith that you can live, people that you can know, and a community that you can be a part of. His practical and relatable teaching encourages people to not simply hear the Word, but to apply it to everyday life—learning to live life the way God intended.
Throughout his ministry, Bishop Clark has preached and taught at churches and conferences across Northern California and Louisiana. His biblically grounded, Spirit-filled messages are centered on equipping people with practical tools for spiritual growth, encouraging vibrant faith, strengthening families, and developing a deeper relationship with God and His Word.
Driven by purpose and guided by faith, Bishop Johnnie Clark Jr. continues to lead with integrity, teach with clarity, inspire with passion, and serve with love—helping people discover how their faith can transform not only their lives, but their families and communities.
